IIOES.ORG grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Web Site for the fees, if applicable, and under the terms set forth below.

The content of the Web Site made accessible by iioes.org on the Web Site includes, but is not limited to, the iioes.org content and other opinions, text, data, reports, images, photos, graphics, graphs, charts, animations and video, if any (collectively, the 'Content').

NOTE: Use of Content on this Web Site may be periodically monitored to assure compliance with these Terms of Use. IIOES.org reserves the right to discontinue access to this Web Site either with or without notice if IIOES.org has a reasonable basis to believe that a User is accessing or using Content in violation of these Terms of Use.

Membership Termination

IIOES.org has the full right to cancel any membership for any reason at any time or to delete any posting in the Directory for any reason at any time without notice. By becoming a member you agree to submit to such terms. Additionally, any act of fraud or asking IIOES.org to participate in any act of fraud or misleading information, such as asking IIOES.org to use an existing IIOES code assigned to an entity to be used for a different entity, will result in one's membership being terminated and the company profile removed from either the public or private database, or both.

Refunds for posting in the free database

If you or your company became a member of IIOES.org and you added, or IIOES.org's staff added, your IIOES code or company profile to IIOES.org's free database, there are no refunds for membership. Refunds for database membership, specifically only for posting, can only be considered if your IIOES code was never published on our free database. Once your IIOES code or company profile has been published to our free database you agree and understand that you will not receive any refund of any kind.

Right to Change/Discontinue

IIOES.org shall have the right at any time and from time to time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of this website including, but not limited to, the content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately without further notice thereof. Amendments to the terms and conditions contained herein may be given by means including but not limited to, posting on this website a revised version of this Agreement or notification by electronic mail. Any use by you of this website after such notice shall conclusively be deemed to be acceptance by you of such changes, modifications, additions or deletions. You agree to review the terms and conditions of this Agreement periodically to be aware of such revisions. By accessing or using this Site in any way, including, without limitation, use of any of the Services, or information, or merely browsing the Site, you agree to and are bound by the Terms of Use.

CANCELLATION/RENEW POLICY

YOUR Account and Membership will renew automatically, unless YOU cancel them in accordance with the cancellation policy set forth here. For annual subscriptions, IIOES.org may or may not provide Notice to YOU of the pending renewal of YOUR Account and Membership prior to the date YOUR Membership renews. For all Membership, YOU must cancel them before they renew in order to avoid being invoiced for the entire renewal term. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, there are no refunds for yearly subscriptions and for Lifetime Membership subscriptions YOU will receive a refund up to cancelling by month 12 and 1 day of service, minus any applicable wire or credit card fees, IIOES.org’s administrative fee and any discount IIOES.org provided due to the purchase of the Lifetime Membership subscription. YOU may cancel YOUR Membership Account by email. IIOES.org does not accept cancellations by fax, mail, phone or through the form on this Website’s contact page. IIOES.org may cancel YOUR subscription at any time by notifying YOU.

MEMBERSHIP/ACCOUNT TERMINATION

IIOES.ORG has the full right to cancel any membership for any reason at any time or to delete any posting in the Database or Directory for any reason at any time without notice. By becoming a member you agree to submit to such terms. Additionally, any act of fraud or asking IIOES.org to participate in any act of fraud or misleading information, such as asking IIOES.org to use an existing IIOES code assigned to an entity to be used for a different entity, will result in one's membership being terminated and the company profile removed from either the public or private database, or both.

Additional Grounds for account termination: If you or your company signed up for one user account but shared your login and password with another party, this is grounds for IIOES.org to terminate your account without refund, whether this is a yearly membership or lifetime membership.

PAYMENT

Payment is due within 7 days of signing up for service or Membership account can be cancelled at anytime by IIOES.org.

PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

This website contains copyrighted material; trademarks and other proprietary information including text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the entire contents of this website are copyrighted as a collective work under the United States copyright laws. IIOES.org is the owner of the copyright of this site. IIOES.org owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. Each third party content provider owns the copyright in content original to it. You may not modify, publish, transmit, display, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit the content of the site or any portion of it. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, you may not copy, redistribute, publish, display or commercially exploit any material from this site without the express permission of IIOES.org and, if applicable, the copyright owner. As part of the registration process, you must select a member name and password and provide IIOES.org with other accurate, complete, and updated information.

If you are dissatisfied with the Web Site or with these Terms of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Web Site. This Agreement, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Belize. The parties agree that the courts of Belize shall be the exclusive forums for any dispute arising out of this Agreement and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
